3112 Catering Co. believes that food is love and cannot wait to bring together the vision of your event infused with their passion for culinary innovation. They have crafted a menu sure to delight your guests and keep your planning smooth and seamless. Please know that their specialty lies in creating custom menus tailored to you, so do not hesitate to reach out for the ultimate experience

Since 2018, Florals by Kimberly has been creating timeless, romantic and fun florals for happy couples throughout Virginia. We are thrilled to help make your wedding day gorgeous. Supporting other local business is paramount, and over 50% of our flowers are grown within 50 miles of our home studio. We are happy to work with you or your planner to create the stress-free and stunning day of your dreams! Floral Package includes:
(1) Bridal Bouquet
(2) Bridesmaid Bouquets
(2) Corsages
(4) Boutonnieres
(10) table centerpieces - low sitting
Complimentary Styling blooms for photography
All labor, delivery and set up

This DJ package includes 3–5 hours of setup and preparation, followed by up to 5 hours of play time on your wedding day. It comes equipped with a standard sound system, a handheld microphone, and dance lighting to create the perfect atmosphere. You can also personalize your experience by choosing up to three optional add-ons from the available enhancements, including a satellite speaker, one extra hour of service, a sound upgrade, or a dance lighting upgrade.

Tier 1 package starts at $20,000 - Tier 2 starts at $32,000
Package prices do not include tax or gratuities. Vendor prices are subject to change according to market conditions and availability at the time of your event. Each vendor will have their own contract you will need to sign. We will collect all information each vendor requires for your agreement with them so all you have to do is review and sign when you receive it. Please note that your date with each vendor is not solidified until agreements are signed and retainers paid.
Pay one invoice from Bent Oaks Manor. A 25% non-refundable
deposit is due at signing and then pay equal monthly installments
up to 30 days before your wedding. Security deposit for venue is
paid separately
An additional 4% is added to your invoice if paying via credit card.
