Those options are not four versions of the same rental. An elopement is a short weekday ceremony window. A Micro Wedding keeps the celebration indoors for 40 guests or fewer. Single-Day Full gives you a full wedding day with the property and supplies. Weekend Full adds the time and lodging that make the wedding feel connected from arrival through departure. The right fit depends on how you want the day to work, not just on the package name.

When does an Elopement package fit?
The Elopement option is built for a very small ceremony rather than a full wedding reception. It is available Monday through Thursday, with a two-hour window at 9–11 a.m., 1–3 p.m., or 5–7 p.m. Fewer than 10 people can attend in total.
The package includes one second-floor room for getting ready, on-site cocktail tables, 10 chairs, and a mini cake from Dessert Bar. That can be enough if your plan is simple: get ready, exchange vows, take a few photos, and leave without asking the property to carry a full reception schedule.
Ask yourself whether the two-hour window gives you enough breathing room. A small guest count does not automatically make a two-hour event comfortable if you want a meal, a longer photo session, multiple outfit changes, or guests traveling in from outside Roanoke. If those pieces matter, compare the Micro Wedding or Single-Day Full options before assuming an elopement is the best value.
What does the Micro Wedding option include?
The current Micro Wedding experience is for 40 guests or fewer. It runs indoors from noon to 10 p.m. and includes setup and breakdown. Outdoor photos are allowed, but the event itself does not include outdoor event space, a getting-ready space, or a rehearsal.
This is a useful fit for a couple who wants a real celebration with a limited guest list and a clear indoor plan. The event can still include dinner, drinks, music, and photos. It can also protect time with the people closest to you. The important part is being honest about the access you need before you book.
The base Micro Wedding option does not include a getting-ready room. Bent Oaks lists optional Loft access from 8 a.m. for $500 and an optional cleanup extension to 11 p.m. with staff onsite for $200. If you want the wedding party to get ready at the property or need more time at the end, include those additions in the comparison rather than treating them as small details.
For this package, ask where vendors load in, where coats and gifts go, how guests move between the dining and service areas, and where the couple can step away for a quiet minute. Those answers tell you whether the indoor plan will feel relaxed at your guest count.
Who should compare Single-Day Full?
Single-Day Full is the better comparison when you want a full wedding day at the property. The current rental window is 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. The experience includes a one-hour rehearsal and a getting-ready suite. It also includes two restrooms, use of all outdoor space, a fully equipped kitchen, and one-time setup and breakdown of tables and chairs.
The listed price is $4,500 during peak periods and $4,000 during off-peak periods. Bent Oaks identifies March through June and September through October as peak months. November through February and July through August are listed as off-peak. Confirm the current total, taxes, deposit, and event requirements for your date before comparing the numbers with another venue.
This option gives you more room to build a timeline. You can plan a slower morning, a rehearsal, and getting-ready photos. There is also time for an outdoor ceremony or portrait plan and a reception without trying to fit the entire day into a short window. It may be the cleanest fit for couples who have more than 40 guests or who want access to matter as much as the room itself.
Single-Day Full does not include overnight lodging in the package. If the wedding party or family members will stay on-site, ask about the separate lodging arrangement and how it fits the rental timeline.
When is Weekend Full worth the added time?
Weekend Full runs from Friday at noon through Sunday at noon. It includes the amenities from Single-Day Full, hotel room block reservations, and the ability to hold secondary events on-site. It also includes multiple getting-ready spaces, outdoor heaters, and linens. The current page lists the Honeymoon Suite plus lodging for up to 10 additional guests as part of the package.
Bent Oaks' on-site lodging information describes five suites and sleeping accommodations for up to 13 wedding-party guests. Because the package card and lodging page describe the room arrangement differently, ask the team how lodging would be assigned for your group and which rooms are included in your proposal.
The listed Weekend Full price is $7,000 during peak periods and $6,500 during off-peak periods. The extra time can make sense when you want a welcome dinner, rehearsal gathering, relaxed wedding morning, or farewell breakfast without sending everyone to a different location. It can also reduce the number of separate drives and handoffs for the people closest to the couple.
There is one important planning detail: secondary events may be held on-site, but setup is not included for those events. Ask what the venue team handles, what your vendors handle, and when each space can be accessed. That conversation will give you a more useful answer than the word “weekend” by itself.

Roanoke wedding package questions to ask before booking
Are taxes and deposits included in the listed package prices?
Virginia sales tax is added to the total. A 25% non-refundable deposit, and a $1,000 refundable security deposit are due 30 days before check-in, and additional payments six and three months before the event. Ask for the payment schedule and current total in writing.
Can we bring our own vendors?
Outside vendors are welcome when caterers, bartenders, and planners meet the listed licensing and insurance requirements. Confirm those requirements with the team and with each vendor before signing agreements.
