Bent Oaks Manor FAQs

What is the maximum guest capacity?

Up to 40 guests for an indoor sit-down dinner, 75 guests for an indoor only cocktail reception, or 120 guests with use of the outdoor space.

Will we have access to the entire property during our reservation?

Bent Oaks Manor offers exclusive use of the entire property for Wedding weekends and Event Headquarters reservations. All other event bookings include use of the outdoor areas and the bottom floor.

Are there any restrictions on decorations or event setup?

While Bent Oaks Manor allows complete personalization of event spaces, certain restrictions may apply to preserve the historic integrity of the property. It's recommended to discuss specific decoration plans with the venue's event coordinator.

Does Bent Oaks Manor provide in-house catering services?

While Bent Oaks does have a fully equipped kitchen, we do not have a designated food service staff. You may choose any catering company you prefer (as long as they meet our vendor requirements) or you can choose one of our preferred vendors.

What about other vendors like planners, bartenders, DJ's?

As with catering, you can either choose your own vendors (that meet our liability requirements), or go with our preferred vendors (with a discount of course!)

Is your outdoor space covered?

The stone-paved courtyard behind the main house is shaded by our giant oak trees, and can accommodate a tent large enough to seat up to 50 guests.
