Starting at $2,995, Bent Oaks Manor is yours from Friday at 2pm until Sunday at 11am!

What’s included in the price?
- 600 square foot ballroom
- Dining room where food can be served (buffet style)
- Auxiliary room for serving drinks
- Back foyer for jackets and a table for gifts
- Two bathrooms
- Use of all outdoor spaces
- Fully-equipped kitchen on the 2nd floor
Supplies:
- Five 60” round tables (seats 8 guests each)
- 40 white chairs
- 4 cocktail tables
**Tablecloths, runners, and chair sashes available for additional fee
Accommodations:
-The Loft— 1200 sq. ft. Honeymoon suite on 3rd floor; Features a king bed, full kitchen, & large bathroom with soaking tub
-The Brooklyn— Bedroom on 2nd floor with king bed & private bathroom
-The Atlantic— Bedroom on 2nd floor with queen bed, twin trundle & private or shared bathroom
-The Carriage House— Two-story unit behind the main house. Features a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchen & bathroom
-The Gardener’s Cabin— One-story unit behind the main house. Features a queen bed & private bathroom. Dog-friendly!

If you’re interested in having the ceremony and reception here as well, please refer to the Wedding Weekend Package
Virginia sales tax will be added to total
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The balance is due 30 days before your check-in date.
$750 refundable security deposit (paid via cash or check only)
The security deposit will be returned within 14 business days of the event per no damages to the property
Cash, checks, money orders, Venmo and debit/credit cards are all accepted
A rental agreement must be signed for your event weekend
Outside vendors welcome; caterers, bartenders, and planners must be licensed and insured
There is a two night minimum on weekend packages. No exceptions. Additional nights can be added!
