Sunday Events: Starting at $500
The Event Space is yours on Sunday from 11am to 4pm OR 12pm to 5pm!
More information will be provided during a tour. Please note, these special events cannot be booked more than 4 months in advance.
Bring your own food and drinks or hire a caterer of your choice!
What’s included in the price?
600 square foot ballroom
Dining room where food can be served (buffet style)
Auxiliary room for serving drinks
Back foyer for guest’s jackets
Two bathrooms
Use of some outdoor space: front porch and lawn
Fully-equipped kitchen on the 2nd floor
Supplies:
Five 60” round tables (seats 8 guests each)
40 white chairs
3 cocktail tables
**Tablecloths, runners, and chair sashes available for additional fee

Important Information…
Sundays only!
There is an additional charge for events over 40 guests
VA Sales tax will be added to total
The first half of the payment is due at the time of booking; the other half is due 14 days prior to event
Cash, checks, money orders, Venmo and debit/credit cards are all accepted
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before scheduled event to receive a full refund
A rental agreement must be signed for your event date
No wedding ceremonies or receptions during this rental period
